32 x 24,5 cm; [56, 4] pp.: ill. Saddle stitch binding with orange twisted cord. Wrappers in the protective transparent paper leaf. Text block consists of coated stock leaves, part of them with gold ornamental frames, single elements of illustrations are printed in gold too.

Inserted advertisement of performance „Shéhérazade“.

Inserted double-sided program on February 16, 1919:  La Boutique Fantasque, Le Chant du Rossignol (with choréography by M. Fokine), Le Tricorne (with choréography by M. Fokine).

The front cover with illustration by Picasso.
