32 x 24,5 cm; [56, 4] pp.: ill. Saddle stitch binding with orange twisted cord. Coated stock wrappers in the protective transparent paper leaf. Text block consists of coated stock leaves.

Inserted double-sided program on February 2, 1919:  Les Sylphides, Le Chant du Rossignol, Russian Fairy Tales (with choréography by M. Fokine).

The front cover with illustration by Picasso. On the inside costume and set designs for performances „Le Tricorne“, „Les Femmes de Bonne Humeur“, „La Boutique Fantasque“ and „Shéhérazade“, portraits of  L. Massine, A. Derain, T. Karsavina, I. Rubinstein: 1 small and 2 full-page ill. by L. Bakst, 3 small, 3 full-page and 1 double page spread ill. by A. Derain, 1 ill. by A.
