31,5 x 24,5 cm; [56, 8] pp.: ill. Saddle stitch binding with orange twisted cord. Coated stock wrappers in the protective transparent paper leaf. Text block consists of coated stock leaves.

Inserted double-sided program on January 20, 1919: Carnaval, Contes Russes (with choreography by L. Massine), Les Femmes de Bonne Humeur (with choreography by L. Massine).

Inserted double-sided program on February 3, 1919: Les Sylphides (with choreography by M. Fokine), Le Tricorne, Soleil de Nuit (with choreography by M. Fokine).

The front cover with illustration by Picasso. On the inside costume and set designs for performances „Le Tricorne“, „Les Femmes de Bonne Humeur“, „La Boutique Fantasque“ and „Shéhérazade“, portraits of  L. Massine, A. Derain, T. Karsavina, I. Rubinstein: 1 small and 2 full-page ill. by L. Bakst, 3 small, 3 full-page and 1 double page spread ill. by A. Derain, 1 ill. by A. Marty, 5 full-page and 4 small ill. by Picasso, numerous photographs of  V. Caralli, V. Nemchinova, T. Karsavina, L. Massine etc. Wrappers are heavily rubbed, with tears, creases and losses. Spine is rubbed and chipped. Text block is slightly soiled in pleces, with creases. In good overall condition.
