1920-1930s (?). Paper, pen, ink. Sheet size 23 x 32.5 cm; image size 16 x 26 cm. The author's signature in Ukrainian "Izhakevich" is on the bottom left. The inscription "Chorna Rada" is on a separate sheet, cut and glued to the image. A tear on the right edge of the image is approximately 3 cm. The lower left corner of the sheet is torn. Yellowing. Glue marks on the back. In the upper right corner on the reverse side of the red pencil and the owner's sticker with the inscription "Academician of the Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and VASGNIL" in Ukrainian.
