Paper, watercolor, ink, pencil. On the bottom right is the signature in black ink "G. Konstantinovsky / 13.VIII.58 / Kondopoga". On the reverse side in pen and pencil is the artist's name, the number "500". At the top of the sheet are notes of the artist in pencil "under the balcony - the shadow, and the shadow ... the gable over the porch make heavier than the sky". All the inscriptions on the Cyrillc. The right edge and the top edge are slightly worn out. There are glue marks on the back of the sheet at the corners. The overall condition is very good.
