Maria Feodorovna Romanova (1847 - 1928) - Russian Empress, wife of Alexander III (from October 28, 1866), mother of Emperor Nicholas II.

Nicholas Nikolaevich (the Younger) (1856-1929) - Russian Grand Duke, first son of Grand Duke Nicholas Nikolaevich (the Elder) and the Grand Duchess Alexandra Petrovna, grandson of Emperor Nicholas I. Adjutant General (1904), General of Cavalry (1900).
