The photo is from the documents of Major de Vallières (Pierre des Vallières) who was present at the maneuvers in Krasnoe Selo in the summer of 1910.
Georgy (Yuri) Ivanovich Trubetskoy (1866–1926) was a prince, lieutenant-general of the suite of His Imperial Majesty (1913) and commander of the Own EI Convoy (from 1906).
Ferdinand Jean Marie Foch (fr. Ferdinand Foch, 1851-1929) was a French marshal (1918) and a military theorist.
