Sergei Ivanovich and Maria Ivanovna Maltsov are the second cousins of Maria Alexandrovna von der Osten Driesen, later the wife of Rear Admiral A.V. Razvozov.
Maria Ivanovna Maltseva (married Nakhimov, 1873 -1910) was the maid of honor of the Dowager Empress Maria Fedorovna since April 1894. She was married to Sergei Pavlovich Nakhimov (1877 -1937), captain of the 2nd rank, grandson of Vice Admiral S.S. Nakhimov.
Sergei Ivanovich Maltsov (1876-1920) was from the Maltsov family of industrialists. He was the son of Ivan Sergeevich Maltsov (1847 - December 1920, Crimea), General of Infantry, and Baroness Ekaterina Alexandrovna Osten-Driesen (1853-1880), daughter of General A.F. Driesen and the granddaughter of Major General KG Strandman. S.I. Maltsov was married to Princess Irina Vladimirovna Baryatinskaya (1880-1920, daughter of Vladimir Anatolyevich Baryatinsky). He was shot in Crimea together with his father and pregnant wife. Had two daughters Maria and Anastasia and son Nikolai. Nikolai Sergeevich Maltsov (1907, Moscow - 1992, London), was married to Praskovya Apollinarievna Khreptovich-Buteneva (1911-1969, daughter of Apollinariy Petrovich Butenyov). Sergei Ivanovich Maltsov's grandchildren are twins Sergei Nikolaevich Maltsov (b. 1932) and Ekaterina Nikolaevna Maltsova (b. 1932), married to Vincenzo Sozzani. Great-granddaughters are Anna, Olga and Maria Sozzani (b. 1969), the latter was the wife of the poet Joseph Brodsky. Great-great-granddaughter is Anna Alexandra Sozzani-Brodskaya (b. 1993).
