The autograph of A.V. Razvozov in Cyrillic in black ink on the reverse side: "July 1898 / ARazvozov" and the owner's inscription.

Many later famous sailors studied at the Naval Cadet Corps together with Alexander Razvozov: heroes of Tsushima and the First World War, prominent figures of emigration. Razvozov was especially close friends with Boris Zhdanov, Georgy Stark, Mikhail Berens, Sergei Ogarev, Konstantin Gertner and Pyotr Vyrubov.

The training ship "Verny" is a specially built sailing ship designed for training cadets of the Naval Cadet Corps of the Baltic Fleet. Laid down in 1895 at the Baltic Shipyard. Commissioned in 1896. There is a list of graduates of 1898 of the St. Petersburg Naval Corps and the list of those depicted in this photograph in the diaries of G.K.Stark.
