Nikolai Alekseevich Kizelbash (1878-1952) was a graduate of the School of Law (1899), a Valet de chambre, a state councilor, a senior clerk of the State Chancellery and the Chancellery of the Grand Duchess Tatyana Nikolaevna. He was the chief commissioner for the Northern regions of the Russian Red Cross Society during the First World War.
