33,5 x 26 cm. Case dimensions: 37 x 29 cm. 14 p. in every magazine.
11 issues of the magazine in the owner's case. Each issue is in a colored illustrated publishing cover. Good safety. The owner's box. The issues of the magazine are the rarest since the end of the war. They came out in the period of "The Doctors` Plot" and contain uncovered anti-Semitic themes. In particular, Kukryniks' cartoon dedicated to this process, which was not printed anywhere else, is reproduced on the cover of No. 3. Among the anti-Semitic materials of that time there were "Pinja iz Zhmerinki" (No. 8), the author of which was the famous Soviet writer Vasily Ardamatsky and "Pinched Joint" (No. 5) of the master of Soviet literature of Nikolai Gribachev. The article "Poisoners" (No. 3) has an orientational character.
The anti-Semitic campaign was stopped shortly after Stalin's
death. The issue of the magazine (No. 7), dedicated to the death of the leader, was published without the usual name "Crocodile" on the front cover. A unique monument of the era.
Owner's stamps and inscriptions. Minor scuffs, dirty.
