FIRST EDITION, ONE OF 265 COPIES SIGNED BY THE ARTIST AND PUBLISHER, folio, signed original coloured lithograph numbered 182/250 and 93 mounted coloured plates, original black suede with a gilt metal suprematist sculpture by the artist mounted on the upper cover, spine lettered in gilt, silver endpapers, lacking original perspex case. A BEAUTIFUL COPY of a striking modern livre dartiste. Mounted to the upper cover is a signed, monogrammed and numbered sculpture. Nadia Khodossievitch-Lger was born in a small village outside Vitebsk and became a pupil of Malevich and later Fernand Leger, who she later married.
