Chusseau-Flaviens Charles (Charles Chusseau-Flaviens) was a French photographer who worked in the 1890-1910s.
In September 1901 Emperor Nicholas II attended a naval review in Dunkirk and maneuvers in Betheny followed by a review of troops. In May 1902 President of France Émile Loubet paid a return visit to St. Petersburg.
