32 x 25 cm; [68] pp. Saddle stitch binding with white twisted cord. Dust jacket with ornamental and two-color illustration, partly gold. The front cover with gold full-size illustration by L. Bakst: V. Nijinsky in . Text block is decorated throughout with gold ornamental frames, numerous photographs of dancers and illustrations: 4 grafic advertisement by A. Marty, 1 full-page ill. by J. Lepape depicting V. Nijinsky in "Petrushka",  1 small ill. by J. Lepape depicting V. Nijinsky, 1 portrait of M. Fokine by. V. Serov, numerous ill. by Bakst: ballet «The Blue God» (1 double-page set design, 3 full-page costume designs); ballet "Daphnis et Chloé" (2 full-page set designs,1 full-page costume design, 1 small costume design); ballet "L'Après-Midi d'un Faune" (3 full-page costume designs).

Dust jacket is rubbed, with tears of the edges and losses of the outer corners of the front cover (ca.1,5 x 0,5 cm and 0,5 x 0,5 cm), inserted in the protective transparent foil. Wrappers and text block are rubbed, with tears and creases.
