Elizabeth Marie "Betty" Tallchief (Osage family name: Ki He Kah Stah Tsa; January 24, 1925 – April 11, 2013) was an American ballerina. She was considered America's first major prima ballerina, and was the first Native American to hold the rank.
Lucienne Pageot-Rousseaux (1899-1994) - French painter and illustrator. Ballet was the primary theme in her works.
