1. Invitation addressed to Major Pierre de Valliere on July 24, 1910 to the maneuvers in Krasnoe Selo in the presence of Emperor Nicholas II happened from July 28 to August 10, 1910.

Glued to a sheet of thick paper. There are vertical and horizontal fold marks in the middle.
Recommendations on the preferred form of clothing (ceremonial uniform with orders) and the route to the place of the maneuvers are written on behalf of the Adjutant General, Minister of the Imperial Court, Baron Fredericks in the invitation.

The annual maneuvers of the cavalry units of the Russian army took place from July 28 to August 10, 1910 in Krasnoye Selo in the presence of Emperor Nicholas II. According to tradition, military delegations from different countries of the world were invited to the maneuvers by tradition.

Pierre de Vallières (1868-1918) was a French cavalry officer, brigadier general (1916). In 1910 he was sent to Russia together with General Foch to participate in major maneuvers in Krasnoe Selo in the presence of the Tsar.
