Mathilde Kschessinska (1872-1971) - Russian ballerina and teacher of Polish origin, prima ballerina of the Mariinsky Theater, Honored Artist of His Majesty’s Imperial Theaters. In 1890-1894 was invlolved with Tsesarevich Nicholas Alexandrovich, subsequently with Grand Duke Sergei Mikhailovich, and Andrei Vladimirovich. In emigration since 1920. In 1921, she married Andrei Vladimirovich, after which received the title of Princess Krasinski (1926), later of Princess Romanovsky-Krasinski (1935).
